Thank you for your interest in Chancellor’s School Sixth Form. Please use this link or QR code below to complete an application. Once we have received and processed your application, we will invite you to our Sixth Form Pathways meetings on Monday 3 March. Invitations confirming the times of appointment will be sent before February half term.
